13th January 2007 Windsurfing: Shoreham Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F5 Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Okay Sea Temperature: Brrrr (again) Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Another of my super-quick sessions due to "other commitments", but worth it anyway. No real wavesailing today, just sailing among the waves really. More of a getting-back-into-it session for me as I've still got a bit of a drunken injury picked up over Xmas... Bare feet again, but it felt colder than yesterday's session, and after 20mins I fell in after missing a footstrap 'cause I couldn't feel my feet properly. I guess the time for boots has arrived for me. Almost got caught by the shorebreak too, and had to drag my kit quickly clear. Not my most stylish session ever then! Good to see so many people out though - it was pretty crowded today. Brief but fun. |
